Equipping staff
Bistalk Telecom AG employs a variety of modern learning aids to facilitate personal development among staff members of all ages. Materials made available include videos, a range of courses, books and audio-based content from world-class tutors. We make sure our employees have access to all the knowledge they need to complete courses and obtain accreditations.
Team bonding
We work hard, we play hard! Getting colleagues involved together in activities outside the office generates a sense of teamwork and is good for morale. Bistalk Telecom AG likes to organise team-building sessions because they facilitate collaboration and closer relationships, which impact positively on exploring synergies and achieving greater efficiency. We often like to throw parties to celebrate festivals and encourage colleagues to demonstrate any flair they may have for music, dancing, acting or other artistic pursuit.
Challenging ourselves
Bistalk Telecom AG staff members are well known for taking part in Switzerland’s gruelling Oxfam Trailwalker event along the 100km MacLehose Trail – all in a spirit of adventure and to raise funds for charity. Our people enjoy a healthy sense of camaraderie when they rise to a challenge together. In fact, they strive to push themselves beyond possibilities whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Summer Internship
Bistalk Telecom AG launched its “Summer Internship Program 2022” in July and August, inviting local and overseas university students to participate. The program provided students with the opportunity to experience different working environments and cultures, thereby enhancing their specialized skills and theoretical knowledge. In order to enrich the internship experience, Bistalk Telecom AG also organized various activities for students, such as working experience sharing by department heads and an Interviewing Techniques workshop by the HR Department. Throughout the program, colleagues fully communicated with the students and provided advice and support in different aspects.
Town Hall Meeting
Bistalk Telecom AG organized a “Town Hall Meeting” and invited all local and overseas colleagues to participate. During the meeting, our CEO and Management Team connected with every colleague and shared the Group’s targets and direction. Colleagues had the opportunity to communicate and share their opinions with the Management Team and other departments.
Long Service Award
Bistalk Telecom AG believes that the success of our company relies on the hard work and passion of many devoted colleagues.
